Srinagar, October 12, 2015: Jammu and Kashmir People’s Freedom League[JKPFL], here held a protest demonstration today in Lal Chowk, Srinagar against torching of a Kashmir-bound truck at Udhampore in which three Kashmiri truckers sustained serious burn injuries who are now battling for life in Delhi hospital, to draw the attention of the world towards stepped up Hindu terrorism in Jammu.

The demonstration was led by JKPFL, General Secretary Muhammad Ramzan Khan and others. Protesters raised slogans against India and demanded protection of Kashmiri traders in Jammu and Delhi. In the meantime Indian police came in and arrested JKPFL General Secretary Muhammad Ramzan Khan, Imtiyaz Ahmed Shah, Arshad Aziz, Shoukat Ahmed Bhat, and others and lodged them in Kothi Bagh Police Station in Srinagar and didn’t allow to carry forward the demonstration. Indeed, the Almighty Allah after the moral and religious decline of the Bani-Israel, had through Muhammad the last Prophet PBUH and the Quran bestowed upon the followers of the last Prophet (PBUH) the crown of world’s leadership. Srinagar, February 06, 2013: The Jammu and Kashmir People’s Freedom League has paid rich tributes to martyr liberation activist Sheikh Muhammad Hussain of Manchowa Budgam on his 17th martyrdom anniversary.

The Jammu and Kashmir People’s Freedom League at a meeting in Srinagar presided over by its Secretary General Ghulam Ahmed Paray, described Sheikh Muhammad Hussain a great son of soil. The meeting offered special prayers for Muhammad Hussain and other Kashmiri martyrs. Speakers highlighted the work of martyr Muhammad Hussain in People’s League history and Kashmir struggle.
The speakers vowed to continue the struggle against occupation of Kashmir by India. In the meeting Chief organizer PFL Muhammad Altaf Khan, Imtiyaz Ahmed Shah, Arshad Aziz also spoke on the occasion and paid glowing tributes to martyrs of Kashmir freedom struggle.

Islamabad, 12 Mar, 2012: The Chairman Jammu and Kashmir People’s Freedom League Muhammad Farooq Rehmani has cautioned world against neglecting Kashmir’s basic issue of political destiny and human rights tragedy that has seen much human blood spilt and honor of women robbed for demanding the fulfillment of the political promises and implementation of relevant UN resolutions adopted during the last 64 years of uncertainty. “All talk to encourage trac-2 or trade between Pakistan and India via LOC or directly after removing the negative list without abolishing the Indian inhuman laws and ending gross human rights abuses by the Indian troops and paratroopers is doomed to end in fiasco”, he warned. He said notwithstanding newly inked trade protocols between the two Governments Kashmir would continue to remain strictly a political question of the future of a nation that has put everything at stake to reach its goal through the internationally recognized right of self-determination. For every release of a person from jail they collect money and after some time the unlucky man is rearrested for his uncommitted sins. Terrorism, talks can’t go together: Farooq Rehmani

Srinagar, April 26: The Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Peoples Freedom League (JKPFL), Muhammad Farooq Rehmani has said that terrorism and talks cannot go together.

Muhammad Farooq Rehmani in his telephonic address from Muzaffarabad to party activists in Srinagar called upon the world community to come forward and play its role in resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

He condemned the issuance of Dogra certificate to the residents of Jammu and demanded revocation of all black laws.

He also demanded the immediate unconditional release of all illegally detained Kashmiri Hurriyet leaders and activists languishing in different jails of India and the occupied territory. Condemning the murder of a pesh imam, Muhammad Ashraf Lone, he described it a barbaric act and demanded transparent probe.

Other party leaders in the meeting including Imtiaz Ahmad Shah, Haji Ghulam Ahmad Parray, Abdur Rasheed Mattoo, Arshad Aziz and Dr Atta Muhammad reiterated their pledge to continue their struggle for securing right to self-determination at all costs.
